Policies

What to Wear
Girls typically wear a leotard with or without shorts or sweatpants. Boys typically wear shorts or sweat pants and a T-shirt. For safety reasons (for both child and coach), we discourage jewelry, hooded sweatshirts, jeans or street pants, belts, zippers, and baggy clothing. Long hair MUST be pulled back, however, avoid barrettes or hair decorations. Socks required!

Sessions & Tuitions
Classes are taught in 8-12 week sessions, however, students may begin at any time during the session, you will be pro-rated. Remember, your timely tuition payment ensures that your child's enrollment for the next session is secured.

Annual Membership Registration Fee
There is a $35 annual membership registration fee for individuals. Additional family members will be $15 with no family paying more than $50. Membership gives your child registration priority over non-Elite students for classes, camps and special programs.

Elite's Make-up Policy-
Just like in college, your tuition pays for a class spot, REGARDLESS OF ATTENDANCE. However, as a courtesy, ELITE offers make-ups when doing so does not jeopardize the safety or integrity of the class. Make-ups are a privilege. ELITE reserves the right to refuse to offer a make-up if we feel it will affect safety or lessen the experience of those children who have registered and paid for that class. ELITE allows for a maximum of 2 make-ups per session. Make-ups can only be done AFTER the missed class and only within the same session. Pre-registration for make-ups is REQUIRED. You need to know the date of the class you missed. We do NOT offer make-up classes the FIRST WEEK of the session. Please contact the front desk to reserve your spot in a make-up class. A make-up class schedule is posted at the front desk. Participants may have the option of making up a class during open gym.

Refund Policy
Once registration has been made, requests for refunds will only be considered with a written request form, in accordance with the following refund policy. Requests for monetary reimbursement refunds are limited to:

  • Extended illness or injury (resulting in inability to continue program during session enrolled). A doctor's authorization may be requested.
  • Family relocation/moving out of the area.
  • Elite cancellation of program or class.
  • ALL other written requests for ALL other personal or other reasons will be issued an ELITE credit usable for another program and/or birthday party.

Holidays
We are closed on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day. If your child's class falls on one of these holidays, you have already been pro-rated.

Transfers, Withdrawals and Refunds
We ask that you try to avoid transferring into a different class or withdrawing from class in the middle of a session. Transfers after week 3 of a session will incur a $25 processing fee.
