Elite Sports Complex offers recreational and competitive programs in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Boys & Girls Artistic Gymnastics, Trampoline & Tumbling, and Dance. For more information on each program click on the links below.

Artistic Gymnastics
This is what you think of when you see gymnastics on television. Girls use 4 apparatus: vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise. Boys use 6 apparatus: floor exercise, parallel bars, rings, vault, pommel horse and high bar. All classes utilize our trampolines as well.

Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic gymnastics combines ballet and hand apparatus such as hoops, clubs, ribbon and ball. There is a strong emphasis on flexibility and grace.

Trampoline & Tumbling
Trampoline & Tumbling consists of 3 events: power tumbling, trampoline and double-mini trampoline. We are proud to have the only program in the west suburbs!

Dance
We offer dance classes for all ages and abilities. Ballet, hiphop, jazz, tap and more!

Great Escape Preschool
Elite is also home to Great Escape Preschool, a board certified in house preschool!
