Trampoline & Tumbling
Trampoline & Tumbling Team
The Elite Trampoline & Tumbling team belongs to two sister organizations,
The United States Trampoline & Tumbling Association (USTA) and the
Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). The team competes on a state and
national level throughout the season beginning in late October and
ending with 2 national competitions in mid-June and late July.

Trampoline & Tumbling Classes:
Kinderbounce (1 hr) Ages 4-6
This is a fun class to get your little one jumping, rolling, and tumbling on
trampoline, tumble trak, double-mini trampoline, and spring floor!
Beginner Tumbling and Trampoline (1 hr) Ages 6-8 yrs or Ages 9 & up
This is a starter class for students who may not have taking previous
tumbling/gymnastics classes or who are still working on basic skills.
Students will learn backward and forward rolls, straddle rolls, cartwheels,
handstands, and basic skill connections. They will also learn basic jumps
and turns on the trampoline, double-mini trampoline, and tumble-trak.
Advanced-Beginner Tumbling and Trampoline (1 hr)
Ages 6-8 yrs or Ages 9 & up
This is a class designed for students who have already learned basic skills
and are ready to work on more advanced, limbering skills. Students will learn
round-offs, handstand-forward rolls, front and back limbers, and back-
handspring progressions on floor and tumble-trak. They will also learn
seat-drop, front-drop, and back-drop combinations, as well as flipping
progressions on the trampoline and double-mini.
Intermediate Tumbling and Trampoline - “The Flip-flop Shop” (1.5 hrs)
Ages 7 & up
This class focuses on learning front and back handsprings (flip-flops),
round-off back handsprings, and back handspring connections. They will
also begin working on front and back flips on the trampoline and double-mini
trampoline. Back limbers and round-off rebounds are a prerequisite for this class.
Advanced Tumbling and Trampoline (1.5 hrs)
This class will focus on multiple back handsprings, back tucks, and twisting
on floor and tumble-trak, and front and back flips and twisting skills on the
trampoline and double-mini. Consecutive back handsprings are prerequisite
for this class.
Just for Jumping (1hr)
This class is designed for kids who like to jump, jump, jump! It’s a great
class for learning control and safe landing and falling techniques for kids
with trampolines at home. Jumping will be on tumble trak, trampoline,
double-mini trampoline, and the mini tramps!
High School Tumbling (1 hr)
A perfect class for high school cheerleaders looking to work on their
round-offs, back handsprings, back tucks, or any other more advanced skills,
using our tumble trak, trampolines, and spring floor!
