Rhythmic Gymnastics

Girls who love music and dance, thrive on creativity and originality, and are challenged by physical skill mastery are drawn to the sport of rhythmic gymnastics.  A rhythmic gymnast learns to work with five pieces of hand apparatus:  rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon - which, in coordination with dance and gymnastic body movement, forms the foundation of the sport.

Elite offers both recreational rhythmic instruction and the opportunity for gymnasts to join our competitive team.
